Let’s choose to allow ourselves to feel exactly as we feel and acknowledge it. Acknowledge our life experience and the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that we’ve carried to protect us, to help us survive, to get through, to feel OK and to fit in that are not of our higher potential. Let’s honor ourselves for being such powerful creators and acknowledge how all our choices have served us.

Let’s also be grateful for our potential and look at what we can create and what we’ve created in our lives.  We have created our living as it is right now. We’ve co-created with others, but we were an equal co-creator, and it is as it is and we did it for a reason.  We can explore our reasons and understand why we do the things we do and discern what’s working to move us in the direction of full actualised potential.  We have the power to choose what serves and what doesn’t.

Let’s feel into our emotions we have towards and about ourselves and observe and allow them to just be as they are.  Again, we have the power to choose what emotions serve our full and complete potential and those that we now realise don’t serve as well as they once did. Or perhaps never did.

Let’s acknowledge our positive self talk, our not so positive self talk and the power we give to our mind.  We have the choice to align with the mind, deepen our connection from the heart to the mind so the two can be a very powerful team and work together towards manifesting our full potential. 

Let’s acknowledge our relationships. What feelings and emotions serve our full relationship potential? Are they limiting, defending or protecting? Or are they open and expansive? We choose our expression and our behavior.

Let’s plant the seed of choice, a small, golden light seed into our heart space. Allow the heart to take the seed. Allow yourself to be touched by your heart space, to welcome you, and bathe in the oneness of the connection in the heart.  

Connect with something deeper within you into the whole. Feel unconditional love and the petals of your heart centre dancing and welcoming. The reflection of light here is all colors, gentle and soft.  It’s like looking into, a gorgeous big diamond, and all the facets together reflect different colors.  It’s the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen, ever been a part of, or ever been invited into. Only the absolutely worthy would dare to accept. You are absolutely worthy to take the empowered step and move in home.  

Here within, there is a transformational pool of shimmering, golden light and you are invited to bathe. Are you prepared to let go of anything you need to bathe in that pool of potential? Lay it all down and step into the pool. It’s liquid light and it soaks through every cell. Lay on your back and float, relaxed, safe and incredibly humbled. Let go and there is nothing. From the nothingness everything can be created. What will you use to create yourself?  We have the potential of creating ourselves of the purest, clearest light and unconditional love.  You can create with that. Do you choose to create wholeness, with purpose, grounding and expressing love and light?
