DVD3 – Wholeness
Linda discusses the aspects of wholeness. We have a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experience, wholeness is about operating as a whole being. Acceptance and acknowledgment are fundamental keys that help you be where you are at and be able to then make a choice as to where you want to be eg. harnessing, training, balancing what is out of balance, while also acknowledging where we are already successful.
Wholeness is not perfection, authenticity is being as much of your real self as much as you can be in any given moment, thinking the highest though, expressing the most love, wanting to know more of the truth, acknowledging what is working and what can be refined. Ultimately bringing the fragmented aspects of ourselves closer together and operating more as a whole being.
